HOUSE RULES

A real fight. Not a flame war. Break a rule, your opponent reports you, your reputation tanks, you eventually get matched only with other rule-breakers. Stay clean, climb the card.

01

ARGUE THE POSITION, NOT THE PERSON.

Disagree with their argument all day. Don't attack who they are, what they look like, where they're from, or anything you assume about them.

02

NO SLURS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Racial, ethnic, religious, sexual, or gender-based slurs are auto-filtered and trigger an automatic flag. There is no debate position that requires using one.

03

NO DOXXING.

Don't ask for or share real names, locations, employers, photos, social media handles, or anything that ties your opponent to their real identity.

04

NO THREATS.

Threats of violence, harm, or coordinated harassment are zero-tolerance bans. We will preserve and report serious threats to law enforcement.

05

GOOD FAITH ONLY.

Misrepresenting your opponent's argument, refusing to engage, or trolling counts as bad faith. Your opponent rates you on this and it moves your reputation up or down.

06

TAP OUT IF YOU NEED TO.

There's no shame in ending a fight. You can tap out any time. The bell ends every fight at 15 minutes regardless.

07

ONE FIGHT AT A TIME.

You're in one ring per moment. Tabs, multiple accounts, or bot use to multi-fight is grounds for a ban.

08

REPORT WHAT BREAKS THE RULES.

If your opponent crosses a line, hit the report button. We review every report. False reports also count against your reputation.
