What this is

PickAFight is a platform for pseudonymous one-on-one political debate between consenting adults. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. If you live somewhere where the topics discussed here are illegal to discuss, this site is not for you.

What you can't do

• Doxx your opponent or attempt to identify them outside the platform.
• Threaten violence, harm, or harassment.
• Post slurs, sexual content, or content that exploits minors.
• Solicit, advertise, or run scams.
• Impersonate any other person or claim to represent an organization without authorization.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission.
• Create multiple accounts to evade bans or distort ratings.

Moderation

We auto-filter known slurs. Opponents can report you. Repeated reports trigger review and possible shadow-banning or removal. We reserve the right to remove any content or account at any time without explanation.

Your content

You own what you write. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display your debate content to the opponent you were matched with, to admins reviewing reports, and on shareable fight cards (which show your handle but no debate content).

No warranties

The site is provided as-is. We don't guarantee uptime, that you'll be matched, or that opponents will argue in good faith. You assume the risk of any debate you engage in.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
